Holding on to anger and hate can cause you immense hurt. And forgiveness doesn’t mean denying that the other person did something wrong. For example, consider Auschwitz survivor Eva Kor, who has publicly forgiven the Nazi guard who kept her and many others imprisoned during the Holocaust. All of the above can help you see the world around you in a more positive light, and become a more positive person as a result! Stepping outside of your comfort zone will help you become more productive, which can help you feel happier.! It will also improve your ability to adapt to new challenges. Keep in mind that going too far out of your comfort zone isn’t a very good thing, and that you should always maintain a comfortable balance. You must stay within your comfort zone in order to feel safe and stay happy. Stepping out of your comfort zone can feel a little scary, but you won’t be able to develop or grow as a person if you stay there. When you step outside of your comfort zone, you will be able to accomplish new things and be more productive, which can help you feel more content. Avoid deep, meaningful conversations, as they can be too draining.! Studies have shown that having deep, meaningful conversations actually helps people feel happier. Sometimes, helping others can help you feel better about yourself.! Studies have shown that giving to others, and watching others receive, can make a person feel just as happy as if they themselves were the recipient!! While there is nothing wrong with searching for a better job, you shouldn’t focus on the bad things about your current job. If you try to find something good about it, you’ll have a more positive outlook on life.! While it is good to forgive people, you still have to take care of yourself! If you are in a toxic relationship, you should try to change it for the better or get out of it. You can still forgive a toxic person and limit contact with them.
